George H. W. Bush accused of groping woman in White House
A Michigan woman, who was not identified, told CNN on Thursday that the 41st US president inappropriately touched her while she posed for a picture with him at a campaign fundraiser in 1992.

The woman said she attended the event along with her father and “we got closer together for a family photo and it was like ‘Holy crap!’” she said of Bush’s grope.

She said she decided to raise the issue following the recent allegations made against Bush.

The latest accuser is at least the sixth woman to make allegations of sexual misconduct against the former Republican president.
Bush’s spokesman issued an apology on his behalf last month. “At age 93, President Bush has been confined to a wheelchair for roughly five years, so his arm falls on the lower waist of people with whom he takes pictures,” Jim McGrath said.

“To try to put people at ease, the president routinely tells the same joke — and on occasion, he has patted women’s rears in what he intended to be a good-natured manner,” he added.

In recent weeks, Bush has faced several allegations of groping women during photos but all of the previous incidents allegedly took place long after he had left the White House.
President Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton have also been accused of sexually harassing and assaulting women. Trump and Clinton have even their Wikipedia entries regarding their scandals.
