Expressing anticipation for the day when the perpetrators of this massacre face legal consequences, Fidan sharply criticized Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz's social media post targeting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He denounced Israeli politicians for politicizing Turkish leaders and unveiled their true intentions.

During his visit to the Saudi capital Riyadh on April 29, Fidan orchestrated crucial bilateral discussions aimed at advancing ceasefire efforts in the Palestinian enclave. The summit, convened on April 28, brought together officials from a coalition formed by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Arab League, signaling a united front in addressing the ongoing crisis in Gaza.
