Tent Camps Grow in Southern Gaza
More than 1 million Palestinians have sought shelter in the area from the ongoing Zionist war.

A Palestinian health official stated that the tent camp is being set up to house displaced people currently sheltering in a hospital and is not directly linked to the impending Israeli military operation.

Aid workers and foreign governments are warning of a potential catastrophe should Israeli troops invade Rafah. The International Committee of the Red Cross has expressed concern, stating that aid groups have no knowledge of Israeli plans to evacuate Palestinian civilians from Rafah ahead of the expected ground invasion. They warn of "devastating humanitarian consequences" if such an operation proceeds.

In a related development, Al Jazeera reported from Rafah that Israel's military campaign shows no signs of slowing down, with the Israeli genocidal war now in its 200th day.

Three members of a family in Rafah were killed, and four others wounded, after an Israeli military strike hit their home, according to an Al Jazeera correspondent.

Women and children have been particularly affected by the Israeli war, which has claimed the lives of more than 34,000 people and injured more than 77,000 in Gaza.
