Islam Times - Raisi Felicitates Syrian Arab Republic on National Day

Islam Times - The Iranian president sent a message to the President and the people of the Syrian Arab Republic to congratulate them on the National Day of the country.

In a message congratulating the Syrian Arab Republic on the National Day, Ebrahim Raisi wrote to President Bashar al-Assad and the noble and resilient people of Syria, "I am confident that using the many capacities and abilities of the two countries, we can take valuable steps towards developing relations in an all-round way and also establish a foundation for regional cooperation and expansion of peace, stability and development in the region in all fields.”

In his message, the President also added, "As in the past, the Islamic Republic of Iran will stand by the government and nation of Syria as a friend and brother and always supports the independence and territorial sovereignty of Syria and emphasises the withdrawal of the occupiers from Syria.”
