After losing in Mosul, Daash suffer humiliation in Aleppo

Units of the armed forces inflicted heavy losses on terrorists after targeting their dens and gatherings in several neighbourhoods in Aleppo province and its countryside, destroying a number of their vehicles and munitions.

Units of the armed forces attacked hideouts of terrorists in al-Shaqif, Talalin, Souran, Manasher, Handarat, al-Oaija, al-Husamia, Arshaf, Tadef, Abla and Qastal Harami in Aleppo and its countryside where many of them were killed and wounded.

Five of the terrorists’ cars were destroyed and all the terrorists inside them were killed in Khan al-Asal while a number of terrorists’ cars were also destroyed in Anadan in Aleppo countryside.

Other army units stormed terrorists’ gatherings in Sasa’a and al-Husseiniyeh farms in Damascus Countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them .

In Idleb, a military source said the army units repel terrorists’ attack on Abu al-Duhour Airport, destroy a heavy machinegun mounted on a pickup truck and kill and injure many of the terrorists in the area, in addition to killing others in Qmeinas and al- Baraghiti villages in Idleb countryside.

An army unit thwarted terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate from Ein al-Darb village towards Kamouneh village in Quneitra countryside, killing a number of them and injuring others.

The army killed and injured numbers of terrorists during operations that targeted their gatherings and hideouts in many areas in Homs countryside, in addition to thwarting others’ attempts to infiltrate safe areas.

A military source confirmed that an army unit killed and injured terrorists in the areas of al-Ghouta and al-Waar.

Another army unit, the source added, inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists, in personnel and equipment, in the villages of al-Barghoutiyeh, Um al-Reesh, al-Wdeihi, and between Onq al-Hawa and Rahhoum in the eastern countryside of Homs.

Other terrorists suffered heavy losses in Aqrab town and near the Municipality in al-Houla and near al-Ghajar in the direction of Jabbourin-Um Sharshouh.

In another context, units of the army foiled an attempt by terrorists to infiltrate al-Waer farms from Old al-Waer. Other terrorists trying to infiltrate and Ein al-Dananeer in the direction of Talbiseh were repelled, with many of them were left dead and wounded.

The army units foiled terrorists’ attempts to infiltrate from the old al-Waar towards al-Waar groves and from the villages of Ein Hussein al-Janobi and Ein Hussein al-Shamali towards the village of Ein al-Dananir in Homs countryside, killing and injuring a number of them.

The army units carried out several operations in many areas in the city and countryside of Daraa, targeting terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts.
