Islam Times - US Given Necessary Warning: Iran’s FM

Islam Times - Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian said the United States has been given the necessary warning regarding the Israeli attack on the Iranian diplomatic mission in the Syrian capital.

In a message posted on X on Saturday, Amirabdollahian wrote that he had received phone calls from his counterparts from Russia, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Cyprus earlier in the day.

He noted that ideas were discussed and Iran’s stands were explained regarding the recent Israeli airstrike targeting the Iranian diplomatic mission in Damascus and the Tel Aviv regime’s violations of international laws and the Vienna Convention.

“I emphasized (in the phone conversations) that the necessary warning has been given to the US.”

Amirabdollahian went on to say that in his conversation with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the two sides also discussed the latest international and regional developments, including the situation in the Gaza Strip.
